Charles Taylor Assistance has won the Completely Digital: Digital Excellence Award in the LV= GI Claims Partner Awards.
The award comes after Charles Taylor Assistance became first to develop straight through digital claims processing for LV= travel insurance customers. This optimises customer service and choice by enabling a significant proportion of LV= simple medical claims registered online (such as retrospective GP visits) to be automated from end to end.
